In this article I am going to discuss the system of education which prevails in INDIA. As far as I remember I came to know about IIT the so called prestigious institutes of our country in class 9th, that too when a classmate told a career counselor that to get into IIT was his ambition, that time I just forgot the incident taking it lightly. When I got in 10th class parents told me get into science stream and you will have a good life so considering 10th as an important class I worked hard and got a good % and got admission in science stream. Parents give their child two options after 10th either medical field or engineering field no one is allowed to go for their own choice, I was not interested in bio so I decided to opt engineering stream, then before the admission to 11th I was enrolled for a coaching centre for IIT only importance of IIT I knew that IIT pass outs are in a huge demand in and outside the country. Knowing this I started again working like a ass and 2 years I never thought of getting in another college than IIT . I used to perform well in FIITJEE and my coaching but at the day of IIT exam I was not able to perform that well . “Every dog has it’s day” thinking this I started preparing for AIEEE exam but I was in a strange feeling that now I was preparing for the colleges I had never thought newz getting to the point. Despite getting a half an hour less I managed 6451 rank and got in top 15 colleges of INDIA. Repeating another year was an option in front of me but it was a risk boat could have ended somewhere else also. So I dropped the idea of repeating and was happy in PEC, Chandigarh . One important point I feel which is worth mentioning is that I realize wherever my friends have ended up each of them is satisfied ,people who were aiming for IIT ended up in a state college are also satisfied while those who got in IIT are also satisfied, I am really amazed to see this unbelievable power of humans accepting things as they are*This is the reason why we have shaped ourselves according to the education system*. Getting back to the script all the souls present in the college are totally startled at their present life because they were always told “bête ek baar aache college mein admission lele phir teri life set ho jayegi” and this is the reason most of the people in first year spend it by freaking here and there wasting their time or trying to device new methods for flirting but in some cases people do commit suicide ,ya it’s true even many newspaper articles are there in which the iitian suicide letter reads “I was not knowing what to do in the college as from my childhood I was asked to ensure that I get into iit” and people who don’t do all this crap are hooked for the next hurdle. Now students are given two choices either MBA or MS and then all students will go and talk within their peers or just accept unanimously their parents decision which they take for them . what happens next???After probably 10 year, People are stuck in the job they had never desired they get frustrated with their workplace which leads to lack in their performance leading to the deficient growth of the company and the nation.
Whereas compare this system to the one in US people are free to choose their courses and they choose according to their interests so most of the people abroad excel in whatever field they are working in because they like it and at least if they don’t excel in the job they at least enjoy what they do or in other words they are passionate about it, and one can take it from me if you r passionate about something it happens faster.
Här borta är det bara en tävling på gång och den … för pengarna. . . ingen vill ha fred, ok Jag säger inte att man inte ska tjäna pengar och gå och meditera i Himalaya, men det måste finnas en handel mellan de båda Jag har sett folk som har tagit bara 5 semester i ett år och de fungerar från 9 i på morgonen till 9 på natten och att de inte stannar över de går på lördag och söndag arbeta övertid så att de får betalt för det. Är detta livet folk som mål att lämna? Jag slår vad om du går och berättar en 10. Klass student vad allt han ska göra under de kommande 10 åren skulle han säkert gå till en sex, Är det stackars killen inte visste att han förr eller senare kommer bli ett offer för indisk system som här kommer pressa honom i helvetet-bra.
En annan sak som utbildningssystemet gör förutom att förstöra ett liv är att begåvade människor inte får det stöd som de bör utnyttja som på bara ta en titt på statistiken folket gå IIM eller någon annan topp MBA-skolan har 65-70% IITians och resten 15% ingenjörer från andra goda högskolor och endast 15% från konst och handel. Kan någon berätta för mig om dessa människor skulle hamna i en handelshögskola varför i helvete gjorde de bränna there röv och hamna i en IIT (vissa människor är det som arbetar i ett tekniskt företag som chefer och tekniska kunskaper krävs men Det finns ganska många) ok lämna I övrigt är den takt i vilken IITians användas för att bidra till forskning gått ner enormt jag vilja berätta för er några av mina personliga erfarenheter -
If this thing goes on then it would lead to more and more wastage of talent which INDIA has go. At one time i. e. during the times of aryabhatta, ramanujam and other great mathematicians, India was the biggest contributor in the field of discovery of new things or invention, If it was possible that time then it is equally possible today only thing is that we have to change the Indian system
Taking the above steps will result in people working in the area of their interests and excelling in the respective fields. I’m sorry to anyone if I have hurt their sentiments but this is how a young mind of INDIA thinks. Your valuable comments are always a welcome. This is my first attempt in the field of writing articles I know I could have arranged this article well, but I am too lazy for it
